Preferences

  • I work remotely, usually splitting my time between the UK (GMT) and Greece (GMT+2), depending on the weather. 

  • I prefer to work asynchronously and appreciate having sync calls with context and an agenda. For example, “coffee chat” or “brainstorm on XYZ initiative”

Working Philosophy

  • I have experience both as an individual contributor (IC) and manager. I enjoy a mix of both.

  • I thrive on owning projects end-to-end from initial idea to execution

  • I welcome all types of feedback, preferring it to be frequent and in the moment.

  • I welcome all ideas and suggestions, and I will ultimately always take the final call

  • I'm very transparent on my progress with detailed project updates, keeping myself and others accountable

  • I like to block out time in my week to “contribute to culture” e.g. giving credit where credit is due and bringing in the good vibes to work (we spend a lot of time working, let's enjoy it!)
